Board of Directors

Board to be appointed upon 501(c)(3) approval

NestPilot Foundation is currently 501(c)(3) (filing in progress). A Board of Directors with independent governance authority will be appointed upon IRS approval of the Foundation's 501(c)(3) status. Board members will be selected for expertise in retirement planning, financial-literacy research, nonprofit governance, and community engagement, with explicit independence from the affiliated commercial entity (NestPilot LLC).

Each board member will publish a bio and conflict-of-interest disclosure on this page. Until then, governance decisions are documented in the Foundation's formation paperwork available on request.
