NestPilot Foundation Inc. operates https://www.nestpilot.org, public retirement-literacy tools, educational content, and related ChatGPT App and MCP tool surfaces. This policy explains how we handle information when people use those public services.

The authenticated planning workspace and third-party services may present additional notices or controls when they collect information directly.

Information you provide, such as your name, email address, message content, donation or sponsorship inquiry details, and optional information you enter into an educational tool.

Tool inputs needed to produce educational calculations, such as age, Medicare timing facts, coverage status, filing status, income ranges, retirement savings ranges, planned retirement ages, and Social Security benefit estimates.

Technical information used to operate and protect the site, such as request metadata, device or browser information, error logs, and security logs generated by hosting and infrastructure providers.

We use information to provide educational tools and content, respond to inquiries, operate and secure the website, improve reliability and accessibility, maintain records for nonprofit operations, and comply with applicable obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use public educational tool inputs to enroll users in insurance, execute financial transactions, or make investment trades.

When you use a NestPilot Foundation tool from ChatGPT or another MCP-compatible host, that host may include information from your conversation when calling the tool. NestPilot receives the tool inputs sent to our MCP server and returns educational results to the host.

Do not enter Social Security numbers, account credentials, payment-card numbers, medical records, government IDs, or other highly sensitive identifiers into public educational tools unless a specific secure workflow explicitly asks for them. The current public tools do not require those identifiers.

We may use service providers for hosting, security, email delivery, donation processing, analytics, and infrastructure. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us or as required by law.

If you choose to donate, sponsor, subscribe to reminders, or contact us through an external service, that service may also handle your information under its own privacy terms.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including nonprofit records, security, support, and compliance needs.

Our public services are intended for adults making retirement, Medicare, Social Security, and tax-literacy decisions. They are not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy as the Foundation, public tools, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
