These Terms of Service govern use of NestPilot Foundation Inc.'s public website, educational content, public retirement-literacy tools, and related ChatGPT App and MCP tool surfaces.

By using these public services, you agree to use them only for lawful, educational, and personal decision-support purposes.

NestPilot Foundation tools and content are educational decision-support resources. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, medical, or Social Security Administration advice.

The Foundation is not acting as a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, insurance agency, tax preparer, law firm, Medicare broker, or fiduciary through these public services.

The public tools do not open accounts, enroll users in Medicare or insurance plans, file taxes, submit Social Security claims, execute trades, move money, or make binding decisions for users.

Users are responsible for verifying results with official sources, qualified professionals, and the relevant government or plan administrator before acting.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to tools and for deciding whether an educational result fits your circumstances.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, account credentials, payment-card numbers, protected medical records, government IDs, or other highly sensitive identifiers into public tools unless a specific secure workflow explicitly requires them. The current public tools do not require those identifiers.

Do not misuse the services, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive volumes, or use outputs to mislead others.

Calculations are based on simplified assumptions, user-provided inputs, public rules, and model logic that may change. Results may be incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific household.

Medicare, Social Security, tax, and retirement rules can change. Official government sources and plan documents control over any educational summary provided here.

The site, tools, educational content, software, design, and trademarks are owned by the Foundation, its licensors, or their respective owners. You may use public content for personal educational purposes, but you may not copy, resell, host, or imply endorsement without permission.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue public services, tool behavior, content, or these terms at any time. We may also limit access to protect reliability, security, or nonprofit operations.

The effective date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last updated.

The public services are provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Foundation disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Foundation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from decisions made using educational outputs.
